ABOUT TAYLOR

 Taylor Romero is a self-taught cake creative and owner of 'Let Them Eat Cake', her quaint business is based in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. 
 
Since she began baking from home at the age of 12, her talents have bloomed and instinctively carried her down the path of cake designing and mastering the art of macarons. Even from a young age, Taylor adored the finer things such as lavish tea parties, pink ballet slippers, and decadent treats. 

Now, at 23, she has established her own unique image, with a Pastry Arts Degree and years of professional experience in the industry.

Influenced by her love of the lavish, over-the-top baroque and rococo era, Taylor has implemented many of her designs and themes around her love of french royalty.
 
Always pushing her creative boundaries & limits, she has even found herself beginning numerous such as adding gold paint to decorative flowers, delicate wafer butterflies, gold drips and graze cakes that add extra excitement to any event.

 

Besides discovering how to curate her own designs, Taylor believed it was detrimental that the inside of every dessert should reflect the outside and be just as heart & mouth watering! Every single cake is baked with the utmost amount of love, care and fresh, high quality ingredients. Each recipe, every pairing or combination has been tweaked or touched up to suit Taylor's highest standards.
 
Taylor's aspirations run deep and even exceeds the kitchen as she dreams about one day owning a boutique bakery, akin to a welcoming café either clients, or guests, can sit for a cake consultation or coffee & cupcake.
 
Taylor wishes to gift something very special with every custom cake that leaves her careful hands; a temporary moment of bliss that will last forever in your memory.
